  1. Booking and Reservation:
    • All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.
    • Reservations must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.
    • A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Payment will be charged at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the reservation policy.
  2. Cancellation and Refund:
    • Cancellations made 2 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
    • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after cancellation.
  3. Check-In and Check-Out:
    • Check-in time is after 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • Guests must present a valid ID and credit card/payment method upon check-in.
  4. Room Occupancy and Use:
    • Maximum occupancy per room is 2 guests and maximum 2 children.
    • Any additional guest will be charged accordingly.
    • Guests must be at least 12 years old to check in.
    • Rooms are for the sole use of registered guests. Subletting or sharing of rooms without prior approval is not permitted.
  5. Resort Facilities and Services:
    • Use of resort facilities and services is at the discretion of resort management.
    • Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused by their actions or negligence.
    • Certain amenities and services may be subject to additional charges.
  6. Behavior and Conduct:
    • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to resort rules and regulations.
    • Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or any activity deemed offensive or illegal will not be tolerated.
    • The resort reserves the right to evict guests who violate these policies without refund.
  7. Liability and Responsibility:
    • The resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay.
    • Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings and valuables.
  8. Pets and Animals:
    • Pets are not allowed on resort premises, with the exception of service animals as required by law.
  9. Privacy Policy:
    • The resort respects guests’ privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  10. Modification of Terms:
    • These terms and conditions may be modified by the resort at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates.
